Culture alimentaire et accord marchand local : une enquête au sein de l'AMAP « Poisson » Yeu-Continent

Abstract : Abstract: The Community-Supported Fisheries (CSF) of the Yeu island represents in France a unique case of fish supply in that way. This paper aims at analyzing some specificities in order to demonstrate that this CSF is not really like other land products-based CSFs and neither like a territory-related CSF. This CSF is built around an emblematic food, from coastal region to hinterland, and allows the convergence of interests of different kinds of actors socially different. After an historical reminder of the particular context the CSF has been implemented in, we will be analyzing the diversity of the forms of engagement and how they combine around the « product » through a local food culture.
